Membership Spotlight is the recognition of each individuals contribution to a teams development. A team will consist of a diverse group of people with different interests, strenghths, weaknesses, and opinions, and it is the teams responsibility to work together and synchronize with one another to reach their goals. Membership Spotlight is a way to recognize the individuals contribution to the team and recognize the team members efforts and dedication.
Membership Spotlight brings many characteristics to life such as, teamwork, independence, perseverance, patience, communication, hard work, and many more. These characteristics must always be consistent in order to be succesful as a team. As the team shows more and more of these characteristics, all of the individuals efforts will be recognized, emphasizing the dedication everyone had to their team.
Team members will at some point come across conflicts such as arguements, disagreements, and ever personal issues. This is why all of the characteristics stated above must always be consistent and kept in check to ensure success.
